Adult Fitness Classes
Classes held on Friday mornings at 11 am.
A class where you can keep fit whilst having fun, for all abilities and ages.
The class starts with a general warm-up then simple dance routines are taught including the following styles:
Jive, Bollywood, Street, Charleston, Motown, 70's, rock 'n' roll, and salsa.
Classes are £5 and pay as you go.
